- Tostones ~ fried plantains, smoked avocado tomato salad, pickled red onions ~ $12 (V),(GF)
- Bacalaitos ~ codfish fritters with a creamy cilantro sauce and a fresh cucumber and heirloom tomato salad ~ $13
SALADS
- Casa del Sol (house salad) ~ Romaine with avocados, pickled red onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, crispy plantains & Vinaigrette del Sol ~ $12
- Caesar salad ~ whole leaf romaine, fresh grated parmesan, parm crisp, house-made Caesar dressing, croutons $12 (+$2 Anchovies)
ENTREES
- Sesame Seared Tuna ~ rare, with crispy white rice, spicy cucumber salad, and a sesame soy glaze ~ $18
- 8oz Trio Burger Blend of Brisket, Angus, and Sirloin, smoked gouda cheese, onion jam, bacon jam, tomato, shredded lettuce and Sol sauce. Served with fries ~ $22
DESSERTS
- Seasonal Dessert ~ Sweet potato cheesecake with a brown sugar and maple reduction, crushed roasted almonds, and winter spiced whipped cream ~ $10
